This video demonstrates a very unique method of brewing beer at home using hot rocks to boil the beer wort.

The process is called “stein brewing” and it can add some very interesting characteristics to the final beer product. You also have to be very selective of the type of rocks that are used for safety purposes.  It is very interesting and worth your time to view.
